What do you love about your job?
Transcript
The things I love about the job here at Providence Kodiak is the environment to which I work with the people, the unique skills that come with each set of individual that shows up here, as well as the beauty that we have outside of work. So to be able to come to work and enjoy the people, my coworkers, our patients, you get to build a relationship with our community that extends outside these walls. People become family. And to care for individuals at their weakest and most challenging time and be able to see the progress and the growth that they’ve experienced also from your care outside really brings something special to this job that I’ve not received anywhere else since Kodiak is a very unique individual place to be.
