What you can expect
The Client Relationship Management Officer has the primary objective to have a consolidated view of the relationship with Sales, Partners and Clients in order to guarantee a quality of service in line with Baloise strategic objectives.
Partner & Client Services takes care of all general customer (private clients and business partners) inquiries, is responsible for the onboarding of new partners such as Brokers, Asset managers and Custodian Banks, and is involved in most of the projects. The Middle Office coordinates client and partner enquiries between internal departments such as Legal, Wealth Planning, Assets, AML & Compliance, Product Management and Operations.
You will work in a multicultural and open-minded team with a very good spirit in a dynamic and international environment. You will work in cooperation with other related departments and hand in hand with the respective Client Services Officers within the Partner & Client Services department.
Your Team
In this role, you are in charge of the relationship with clients and partners (mainly brokers, asset managers and banks).
More Specifically :
• For all inquiries related to the daily business and all general topics you act as a first point of contact for our sales and partners
• Your role is to take care of all inquiries, including the coordination with the involved departments such as operations, legal, asset controlling and sales
• AML and Compliance play of course an important role in our international business
• Take part to projects
• Train junior colleagues
What we expect
• Minimum BAC +3 (economic, management and/or financial orientation or equivalent)
• Desired experience of 5 years in a similar position, ideally in the financial or insurance sector
• Deep knowledge of the French LPS market is a clear advantage
• Fluent in French and English both written and spoken. Any other language is an additional asset
• Very strong customer orientation
• Commitment and autonomy: ability to take charge of problems, strength and proactivity
• Excellent organizational skills
• Rigorous, structured and reliable work methodology
• Excellent team spirit, availability and flexibility
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
