The role: You’ll develop and execute the customer marketing strategy in collaboration with sales leadership to establish a plan to exceed pipeline targets through customer retention and upsell/cross-sell. You’ll roll-out inbound and outbound demand generation and pipeline acceleration programs across the North America region – including events, integrated digital campaigns, paid advertising programs, account-based marketing, lead nurturing, and customer advocacy activities.
What You’ll Do As Client Field Marketing Manager:
• Creating a North American customer marketing strategy in partnership with sales with a focus on customer retention, cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to provide customer-focused initiatives
• Executing successful customer campaigns via events, direct mail, webinars and emails using a top down, bottoms up approach
• Track and measure the effectiveness of customer marketing campaigns using KPIs and metrics, and adjust strategies as needed
• Manage the customer marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI
• Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to segment and personalize marketing campaigns for maximum impact
• Ensure that content is aligned with corporate go-to-market messaging and positioning
What You’ll Need As Client Field Marketing Manager:
• 5+ years experience in customer, field or similar marketing role, cyber security experience preferred
• Experience with Account Based Marketing preferred but not required
• Proven ability to plan and execute strategic campaigns
• Understanding of the importance of customer retention, upsell and cross-sell
• Self motivated, proactive and strategic thinker
• Strong team player, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross functionally
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, negotiation, and project management skills
• Willing to travel (:20 – 30%)
