Every employee takes a person-centered approach that exemplifies the ICARE values (Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence) through empathic communication and partnerships between all persons.Job Description• Performs moderately difficult and responsible clerical work in maintaining and checking various kinds of records both in electronic and paper form, e.g. complete unit activity and other required logs; notify Admitting Office of admissions, discharges, transfers; process paperwork related to patient admissions, transfers, discharges and enters information in appropriate forms.• Check for receipt/completion of requisitioned items and report unfilled request to Supervisor; monitor and regularly replenish inventory of administrative supplies (i.e. stationary) on unity daily; organize and maintain supplies inventory in an orderly manner.• Facilitate communication between MD, RN’s and other staff and hospital service.
