### Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience and a proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of specific systems such as Facets is also beneficial.
### Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and/or claims handling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with applicable systems, like Facets.
### Responsibilities
• Clearly explain policies, laws, and regulations in written correspondence, making adjustments to documents and templates when necessary.
• Prepare and manage correspondence related to insurance products, claims, accounts, and services.
• Distribute and collect letters and emails, as well as process outgoing correspondence.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for correspondence.
• Provide assistance and backup support to other positions as required.
• Availability to work overtime as needed.
