Technical skills (Required – Mandatory)

· Cisco Router, Switch(Nexus)

· Proficiency in LAN/WAN topologies using routing protocols like OSPF,BGP,EIGRP

· Proficiency in HSRP/GLBP/VRRP Configuration

· Proficiency in Traffic Manipulation with OSPF/EIGRP/BGP.

· Proficient in Configuring VLAN/L3

· Switches/STP/PVST/RPVST+ Deep Knowledge on VPC, VDC, FEX, FIBERPATH

· Good understanding & Hands-on in DMVPN, IPSec, GRE Knowledge of Service provider MPLS/MPBGP networks

· Hands-on in configuration/troubleshooting of Cisco/Riverbed

Device to be handled (Hands on the below is must) : • Cisco Catalyst C9500-40X,65XX,45XX,3850,93XX Switches • Cisco Nexus 2K,3K,5K,7 K (DC switches) series.

CCNP Routing & Switching / Data Center/ wireless Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent level of knowledge

Language skills needed
• English (Oral & Written)

People skills

· Coordinate with on-site support personnel while troubleshooting

· Above average interpersonal skills

Soft skills

· ITIL Process

· Knowledge of IT infrastructure management.

· Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skill.

· Excellent in Verbal, written communication in English
• Proven experience in diagnostics and problem analysis
