Seeking an experienced Senior VP International Sales Head to lead our U.S. sales team and spearhead revenue growth initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Leading and supporting a high-performing sales team to achieve targets
Implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue
Fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
Driving continuous improvement in sales processes
Owning profit and loss responsibility for the international sales division
Developing budgets and financial forecasts
Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers
Staying updated on digital media measurement trends
Positioning solutions effectively in the market
Leveraging expertise in data analytics and enterprise performance management
Driving sales through Microsoft Data Analytics stack knowledge
Expanding business with existing clients through upselling and cross-selling
Building a strong network of industry contacts and strategic partners
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. MBA preferred
15-20 years of progressive sales experience in enterprise software solutions
Proven success in sales leadership and revenue growth
Knowledge in enterprise sales, cloud management, data analytics, and IT services
Understanding of data analytics and digital media measurement
Experience working with global cross-functional teams
Knowledge of Microsoft Data Analytics stack and market applications
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze market trends and showcase solid business acumen
On-Site Role: Dallas, TX, or Atlanta, GA
Salary plus commission
