Leading Membership Growth and Engagement Strategy in Massachusetts
As a Vice President of Member Services, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and retention of our member base in Massachusetts. Your primary focus will be on expanding membership, increasing revenue, and enhancing engagement to align with our strategic objectives. This dynamic position involves managing a team that delivers exceptional service to member companies.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategies to drive new business development and membership revenue.
• Meet annual targets for new membership dues and achieve a 93.5% membership retention rate.
• Lead the Member Services team to provide outstanding service and guidance.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance member engagement and value.
• Track and report key performance indicators to the Chief Operating Officer.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities across Massachusetts.
• Partner with senior leaders to capitalize on key sales opportunities.
• Utilize the Sandler Methodology to enhance sales, services, and engagement.
• Foster a member-focused culture and support the team in delivering value to members.
Requirements And Qualifications
• Must be a resident of Massachusetts.
• Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
• Ability to manage a client base and drive revenue growth.
• Interest in supporting Massachusetts businesses and understanding public policy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
