Position Summary: As a Nursing Assistant / CNA with Legacy Home Care, you can grow with our top-rated, family-owned organization. We provide in-home care for clients around the Twin Cities area, meaning caregivers experience autonomy, flexibility, and fulfilling relationships with clients. Available work can be consistent or very flexible, ranging from part-time or full-time hours, with an array of hourly visits for daytime, evening, and overnight care. Help someone stay safe and comfortable at home! Pay & Perks: $17 to $20 per Hour Up to $2000 in Bonuses Employee Referral Program up to $600 Paid travel time between visits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans (Full-Time) Paid Time Off (Full-Time) Mileage Reimbursement (Full-Time) Visit lengths between 3 to 12 hours Gain experience with delegated tasks Opportunities for advancement within our family of companies Responsibilities: Drive to visit clients in their home for at least 2 hours at a time Build rapport with older adult clientele through weekly visits Assist clients with bathing, showering, and dressing Assist clients with daily living activities and general household cleanliness Provide hands-on cares such as transfers and therapeutic exercises Qualifications: At least 18 years of age Valid documentation to work in the U.S. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Willing to drive to client homes within a reasonable distance from your address 1+ year of prior direct caregiving experience OR CNA certification Pass a multiple-choice caregiving knowledge quiz Minimum availability of 10 hours per week and 1 weekend shift per month Military Occupational Classification (MOC) Codes: If you’re a military member transitioning to civilian life, we value your service and skills.
