Salary and Benefits

Responsibilities
• Conduct prenatal, childbirth, and postpartum care for women, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
• Provide guidance, support, and education to women and their families, promoting healthy lifestyles and informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals for seamless coordination of care.
• Perform routine gynecological exams, screenings, and contraceptive counseling.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Stay updated with advances in midwifery and women’s health through educational opportunities.
Qualifications
• Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) certification and licensure in New Jersey.
• Experience in midwifery care, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in prenatal care, childbirth assistance, and postpartum care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and positive birthing experiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based healthcare setting.
