Work Hours/Shift: M-F 8a-4p
You Will Be Responsible For:
• Maintains timelines for facilities projects including new site development and special projects.
• Works with designer to develop standard finish selections for ambulatory offices.
• Support Facilities Sr. Manager in supervising construction processes to ensure quality of materials and construction.
• Support Facilities Sr. Manager in coordinating the necessary communication and installation of equipment and iniatiation of service contracts.
• Develops and maintains standardized initial supply order for ambulatory offices.
Qualifications
What You Will Need:
• High School graduate or equivalent One year of experience in facilities maintenance
• Knowledge of computer programs and applications
• Skill in using computer software to include word-processing, spreadsheets, database and general accounting
Job Summary:
The Facilities Operations Coordinator is responsible for the preparation and maintenance of office locations for ambulatory systems including coordination of architectural/construction/activation processes and timelines, coordination of designer processes, selection and installation of furnishings, coordination of initial supply/equipment orders, and vendor selection and management.
