THE POSITION

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) is seeking an analytical and dedicated candidate to join our team as a Gaming Casino Compliance Representative 1 and help ensure compliance with law, rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and approved internal controls that keep gaming fair and fun. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this role, you will be responsible for observing, gathering, and analyzing information pertaining to gaming operations and activities and preparing reports and communications of your findings. Work includes interaction with gaming industry personnel at all levels, gaming patrons, other Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) personnel and law enforcement entities in order to ensure compliance and, if necessary, refer or recommend administrative, legal, or criminal actions to other bureaus or offices within the PGCB or Pennsylvania State Police (PSP). You will also utilize diverse types of electronic and manual recording and information systems monitored or utilized by PGCB in conducting compliance related activities. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
• Full-time employment, 40 hours per week.
• Work hours are shift work.
• Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

Required Experience, Training & Eligibility
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
• Associate’s Degree in a criminal justice, accounting or gaming related field; or
• Two years of experience performing gaming assignments related to slot machines, gaming software, surveillance, or sports wagering; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
• You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
• Two years of experience in incident report writing preferred.
Legal Requirements:
• Employment is contingent upon the completion of a Personal History Questionnaire with a thorough background investigation, including drug screening and the subsequent review and approval by the Board.
