Responsibilites:
• Manage, prioritize, track and report on projects assigned by the department manager.
• Develop and maintain project plans that effectively define objectives, scope deliverables, timeframes, and require accountability.
• Analyze, design and develop solutions to solve a variety of business problems. Provide leadership, guidance and expertise in troubleshooting and resolving problems.
• Collaborate with other departments/business associates and programming to analyze, understand and define business rules for department workflow and system enhancements.
• Create and maintain necessary departmental and business essential documentation.
• Recommend solutions and courses of action to provide a basis for management decisions.
• Communicate on a regular schedule with billing managers regarding issues including quantification, impact and suggested plan of action.
• May include mentoring/training fellow analysts or company-wide projects.
Qualifications:
• Requires High School diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of Accounting, Analytical, Business or other related experience. Associates preferred
• Previous Labcorp system experience a plus; previous accounts receivables, medical billing, insurance (EOB) knowleddge strongly preferred
• Strong analytical knowledge preferred; previous experience with reports, presentation of data, research of Unidentified Cash strongly preferred
• Basic accounting principles, accounts receivable calculations such as DSO, have/need, cash factor, and bad debt preferred.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (EST)
