Spherion Staffing is assisting a government entity located in Fort Myers in their search for a Call Center Representative. This position will be an administrative support role and assist with any office and customer service related tasks.
This is a temporary opportunity.
Responsibilities:
-Answer inbound/outbound calls.
-Make customer appointments.
-Take and process payments over the phone.
-Other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years of call center experience.

-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
-Ability to type 40+ wpm
-Ability to pass a national background
