We are excited to share an opportunity with a family-owned client whose business has recently expanded! They are a team of 8-10 year-round employees plus 20-25 temporary workers over the busy season (August-November). The owners are looking to add a Business Manager to take on some of the day-to-day operations.
They are looking to bring in someone with an entrepreneurial mentality and a drive to keep their business growing for years to come. We are ideally looking for someone with experience in operational leadership for food manufacturing companies that rely on e-commerce for their sales. Responsibilities:
– Work closely with all departments (marketing, production, shipping, etc.) to control all aspects of the companys operations
– Utilize analytical skills and metrics tracking to drive revenue and production
– Be the driving force behind employee engagement, process improvement, and business development with customers
– Participate in educational opportunities to continue leadership development
– Work with community partners to build brand recognition and continue growth
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Skills:
– Thorough understanding of e-commerce operations, metrics tracking, and hands-on experience with data analysis and reporting

Bachelors

Qualifications:
– Bachelors degree in Administration, Business Management, or another applicable field
– Prior management experience in similar business fields (food manufacturing, e-commerce, etc.)
