Position Overview:
The Business Management Senior, Risk Learning Developer will join the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) division, responsible for supporting the delivery of learning and development of courses and curriculum that supports the growth and development of ERM employees! Through exceptional project management and consulting skills, this individual will partner with leadership and team members across the organization to identify, develop and deliver risk and compliance learning needs.

Your Impact:
• Consult and partner with business leadership, HR Business Partners, Learning Community of Practice, business content owners and domain experts to build and facilitate risk learning and strategy.
• Apply tech-enabled, multi-modal, experiential approaches to developing learning solutions.
• Ensure alignment of enterprise risk learning program goals, outputs and measurement with overall business strategy (Learning Metrics & Reporting).
• Lead course creation and delivery. Support the creation of risk skill-based training courses and programs, building effective, tailored learning solutions that meet the ongoing skill and performance needs of division employees.
• Learning Communications Content Lead
• Project Management and Support (Events, LMS, Cohort Management, Metrics, Analytics and Reporting, Teams/SharePoint Site Management)
• Manage external learning vendors, contracting and invoicing process to support learning engagements.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in learning and development, project management, learning needs analysis, evaluation, in a corporate or professional services environment.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in instructional design.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., instructional design) or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• Possess solid knowledge of and understanding of the training industry, trends, current learning technologies, assessments and survey platforms.
• Experience eLearning and multimedia development tools strongly preferred (e.g., Camtasia, Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Rise).
• Experience with Workday Learning Management System or equivalent preferred.
• Implement practical solutions based on best practices and dynamic thinking, including digital learning options, and apply a comprehensive approach to skill-building.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and Excel

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $97,000 – $145,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
