We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to provide exceptional customer service, process sales transactions accurately, and contribute to the overall success of our retail operation. Key Requirements:
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Strong customer service skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in retail math and cash handling procedures
• Basic computer skills
Primary Responsibilities:
• Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
• Greet and assist customers in a courteous manner
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and follow up with clients
• Promote and upsell products and services based on customer needs
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
• Process returns and exchanges
• Uphold company standards for customer service excellence

Required Skills:
