Role Overview
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at our agency, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and teens with autism. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, training staff, and monitoring client progress to ensure effective interventions.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a Master’s degree or higher, at least 2 years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, and a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Additionally, we are looking for individuals who uphold ethical standards, have strong communication skills, and are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of clients and their families.
