Pay
Exceptional Earning Potential: Our Beer Vendors earn 5 % commission on all sales in addition to tips! This position has unlimited earning potential for top sellers!
When including commissions and tips, Vendors could earn up to $500 per game!
Please note: This position is paid in commissions and tips. The minimum wage listed is paid if total commissions and tips do not meet minimum wage requirements. Hourly wage is not paid in addition to commission and tips
$7.25 – $7.25 / hour

Responsibilities
• Assists guests seated within assigned section; calls out and sells alcohol and alcohol-related products, while adhering to alcohol service regulations/laws
• Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
• Hands items sold to guests after recording transaction into Point-of-Sale system
• Checks out items to replenish stock
• Stocks items assigned
• Must be able to be flexible to work a variety of hours depending on event
• Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous bartending or vending experience preferred
• Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards
• Ability to complete required pre-employment alcohol service training
• Must possess a cooperative work attitude
• Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for inventory
• Strong communication skills, including listening skills and ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries
• Must be well groomed, pleasant, and friendly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of following job guidelines and supervisor instructions
• Must be able to work flexible schedule depending on Lambeau Field events
Physical Requirements
• Frequent walking throughout the venue for the entire length of shift
• Ability to walk up and down stairs frequently for entire length of shift
• Ability to maintain one’s balance
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for entire length of shift
• Ability to raise and project voice to market and sell product, for entire length of shift
• Ability to withstand outdoor temperatures
• Stadium/arena environment- may be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on season
• Stadium/arena environment- noise level may be moderate to high
