Job Responsibilities:
• The Client is seeking for an AWS Connect Engineer, who can bring in expertise and industry standard methodologies define better development. With your expertise, you will work with high-performing team members to consult and develop solutions for a major client. This role can be performed from Lafayette, LA (Preferred) or Belton, TX in a Hybrid model.
Your future duties and responsibilities
• You will support and interact with the client daily with a focus across the organization.
• You will have the opportunity to show/grow with technology in a customer-facing role.
• You should be able to work and guide team members and apply your knowledge to resolve technical issues. You should have sufficient knowledge and maturity to effectively deal with technical issues and help to support the broader team.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• At least 5+ years of recent experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting computing applications in a large-scale, midrange, and distributed environment.
• Experience in configuring and maintaining components of AWS Connect
• Proficient in work and resolve issues related to AWS Connect Agent workspace.
• 2+ years of experience on AWS Services and Understanding and work experience of AWS services like API Gateway, Lambda, Step functions, SQS, SNS, SES.
• Awareness and understanding of AI Services such as Comprehend, Lex, Transcribe and Polly.
• Expert in at least two programming languages being used in AWS like Python, Java etc.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills:
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology and concepts
• Demonstrated ability and interest in learning new technologies
• Candidates should be self-starters and have the ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, and rapidly changing environment
