Job Summary
The Automation Developer is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions to enhance internal operations at Innovista Health Solutions. This role collaborates with IT, Operations, and internal customers, and reports to the Business Process Automation Manager.
Duties And Responsibilities
• Architect and develop complex automation solutions for various applications, including Automated Reports.
• Establish best practices and coding standards for automation development.
• Conduct high-level requirements gathering and analysis.
• Create comprehensive technical and functional specifications.
• Develop and implement testing strategies and plans.
• Manage project timelines and resource allocation.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide advanced technical support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation efforts with business objectives.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field; master’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in software development
• Expertise in ASP.NET framework and C#
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Proficiency in React Js is a plus
• Strong experience with SQL Server, API development, and Model-View-Controller (MVC)
• Familiarity with healthcare-related code sets (ICD, CPT, HCPCS, etc.)
• Experience with Git version control and JIRA ticketing system
• Knowledge of automation testing frameworks and methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
