• Plan, execute, and oversee a variety of audit engagements, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Prepare and present detailed audit reports, providing clear and concise information on findings and recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice and guidance.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of service is provided to all clients.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new audit procedures and processes.
• Conduct thorough and detailed reviews of financial statements and accounting records.
• Identify potential risks and issues, and develop effective strategies to mitigate them.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
Job Details
Qualifications
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing, preferably within public accounting.
• Exceptional knowledge of audit procedures, laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Proven experience in managing multiple audit engagements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using various accounting and audit software, such as ProSystem Fx Engagement
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in training and mentoring junior staff.
