Project Description:
Client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Research Associate /Associate Scientist to join our Nucleic Acid Process Sciences team. This is a position with a primary focus on building and executing upon processes to synthesize mRNA for our lead Crispr/Cas9 gene editing programs.
Requirement:
• Must have bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology or related field with at least 2-3 years or master’s degree with 0-1 years of industry experience.
• Experience with oligonucleotide enzymatic and/or chemical synthesis, basic nucleic acid biochemistry and molecular biology is preferred.
• Proficiency in purification of DNA & RNA.
• Able to work on mRNA synthesis and characterize mRNA quality.
• Proficiency with analytical biochemistry such as U/HPLC-based methods.
