MFT in private practice located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area is a counseling organization that specializes in marriage and family therapy. Our team of dedicated professionals works with individuals, couples, families, and groups, applying their knowledge of family systems theory to provide comprehensive and effective therapy services.
Role Description
This is a part-time and full-time Associate MFT and LMFT role with the flexibility for some remote work. As an Associate MFT/LMFT, you will be responsible for providing therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Additionally, you will collaborate with a interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
Qualifications
• Experience in Relationship Counseling, Family Therapy, and Counseling
• Strong theoretical knowledge and understanding of Family Systems Theory
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and creating treatment plans
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active license or working towards licensure as an MFT or LMFT
• Experience in Mental Health counseling is a plus
