What You Will Do
In this role, your primary goal will be to own and support initiatives to drive revenue and new customer acquisition growth through digital and performance marketing channels and tactics, such as paid media (paid search & paid social), SEO, landing page optimization, paid media creative, social commerce, direct mail, podcast advertising, affiliates, ambassadors, and content creators. Your role will be pivotal in evaluating, planning, executing, and measuring channel performance with a focus on CPA/CAC, LTV, ROI, and New to Brand targets. Your ability to drive cross-functional collaboration will be key in maximizing programs for Partnerships and SEO, ensuring that these efforts align with the broader growth strategy. You will be a cross-team communicator and collaborator with the opportunity to grow a rapidly evolving area of the Chomps business and drive continued YoY E-commerce growth. You will report to the Manager of Growth and Retention and work closely with the entire marketing team to ensure your efforts stay connected to the efforts of the company.
Responsibilities
• Own, Identify, cultivate, and build strategic performance-based relationships with affiliates, ambassadors, and content creators, with a primary focus on revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
• Develop and nurture a dynamic community of brand ambassadors and partners to expand the Chomps brand and drive growth while focusing on New to Brand Rate.
• Drive analytics and reporting to measure channel performance with an emphasis on achieving goal CPA/CAC, LTV, ROI, and New to Brand targets, ensuring that every initiative contributes to growth.
• Lead creative development workstreams, defining creative strategy for your channels and working closely with the Creative team to deliver breakthrough content.
• Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, measurement, and reporting on campaigns based on full-funnel metrics, ROI, New to Brand, and CLTV, including ownership of Influencer ROI, ambassador, affiliate, and partnership programs. Draw insightful conclusions from measurements to inform strategic decisions regarding channel budget allocation, forecasting accuracy, scaling opportunities, and iterative improvements.
• Support and execute strategy, and efficiently scale customer acquisition, primarily through paid media (paid search & paid social), landing page optimization, and paid media creative.
• Collaborate on setting and managing monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for profitable growth in new customer acquisition in the channels you lead.
• Support presentation of results and insights including recommendations and process enhancements to the broader marketing & leadership teams when needed.
• Research, evaluate, and test new technologies, and opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly to drive growth and maintain a competitive edge.
• Accept responsibility for the organizational goals by taking ownership of new and different duties and identifying new opportunities within the Marketing department.
Who You Are
• 3+ years of experience in relevant field
• CPG experience preferred
• Ability to interpret, story tell, and identify actionable insights from data
• Excel and PowerPoint experience
• Outstanding communication skills with a strong will for organization and follow through
• Strong relationship skills with ability to communicate efficiently with external key contacts as well as internal teams to drive results
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage multi-project workload to meet deadlines, while ensuring a high standard of quality
• Self-starter who is very eager to make an impact
• Results-focused, team-oriented, and strong work ethic

Salary Range Opportunity:
• The salary range for this role is $75,000 – $80,000 + 15% annual bonus
Compensation Philosophy & Total Comp:
• Our salary ranges are based on verified market data and our philosophy of paying competitively for our size and industry
• Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company
• In addition to base salary, full-time team members receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K 6% match, and monthly reimbursements for wellness and home office.
