The Associate Director of Data Management and Analysis is a full-time employee and joins a close-knit Alumni & Development team, reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer. The Associate Director is a data-driven professional who provides strategic support for a comprehensive fundraising program and leadership to the overall information/data needs of the Alumni & Development Team.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Act as the primary lead for donor database related projects in Veracross (CRM)
• Create queries, reports, lists, and statistical data as needed in support of the Alumni & Development Team
• Evaluate data integrity on a regular basis in Veracross to ensure record accuracy and completeness
• Manage and prepare end of fiscal year data for inclusion in the school’s annual report and for reporting to benchmarking organizations such as INDEX, NAIS/DASL, and EAB
• Collaborate with the Information Systems Manager in the Technology Department to maximize the functionality of Veracross by identifying and implementing best practices to most effectively manage all donor data
• Produce weekly gift and pledge reports in support of the Alumni & Development Team
• Provide data informed donor prospect analysis for major gifts officers for cultivation and solicitation
• Assist the Alumni & Development team with community events, i.e. Homecoming & Reunion Weekend
• Undertake projects, as required, and performs other related job duties, as assigned

• Four-year degree required
• Experience in schools preferred but not required

Compensation
