This is demonstrated by aggregating product data, compiling customer content reports, and supporting content development efforts through internal or external resources to ensure prompt and accurate content delivery in an Evergreen model. This is a remote position open to applicants within the United StatesWhat you will be doing:• Monitor flow of information among the Product Team, Content Services, full service freelancers, Marketing, Sales, Production, Content Licensing, and other functional area• Support development of content by working within our digital authoring systems, correcting content errors when necessary, managing reviewer communication, and assisting internal and freelance Content Developers with Evergreen content updates• Navigate our systems to prepare reports and update spreadsheets to provide the team with clean data and keep files well-maintained• Coordinate content reviews to inform market-driven content updates• Assist Content Developers as needed for content preparation, image/photo research, etc.• Manage and own specific projects from inception to releaseWe are looking for someone who has:• A Bachelors Degree in the relevant field• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills• Strong collaboration skills• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills• Meticulous about details• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently• Publishing or higher education industry experience is a plusThe work you do at McGraw Hill will be work that matters.
