Yum! Brands’ Digital and Technology (D&T) team is in search of a multifaceted and adaptive Associate Manager, D&T Communications. This role is ideal for a resourceful individual who excels in working both as an individual contributor and collaboratively across teams in a large matrixed organization to deliver results. The candidate will lead initiatives in change management and digital product communications, navigating the complexities of strategic communication in a technology-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead communications and strategy to foster a connected global technology community of employees and franchisees and other audiences as appropriate.
• Bring innovative thinking to internal functional and division communications.
• Drive effective change management.
• Partner closely with brand communication teams to engage franchisees in adopting, understanding and valuing the cutting-edge technologies and continued advancements available from Product Teams.
• Craft compelling and influential presentations that convey our digital transformation story to a variety of audiences, including board members at Yum! and its associated brands.
• Partner closely with the Yum! Corporate Communications leadership team to develop and execute an overall dynamic digital and technology narrative.
• Identify storytelling opportunities for both D&T executives and teams that accentuate and advance Yum!s digital and technology story, both internally and externally.
• Curate digital content, speeches and presentation materials.
• Manage external agencies and partner with global consulting companies for special projects.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or Public Relations.
• Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on writing, editing, and developing presentations.
• At least 8 years of experience in communications.
• Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset.
• Demonstrated experience in technology and change management communications and technology initiatives is preferred.
Salary Range: $104,600 to $135,300 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we’ll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
