Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney at Yoest Law Corp. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting research, negotiating settlements, and handling legal matters in areas such as Labor and Employment Law. While the role is primarily located in Greater Sacramento, some remote work is acceptable.

There is a base pay and percentage of cases closed.

Qualifications
• Legal expertise in Labor and Employment Law
• Strong skills in Research and Legal Advice
• Negotiation abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar in California
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
