We are looking for a Medical Affairs support specialist who will work and grow within the EME Medical Affairs department and will report to VP EME Medical Affairs.
This position will be based in Marcy L’étoile (Lyon area), France.
What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?
• Support the Medical Affairs team with Key Opinion Leaders, and various stakeholders engagement (contracts, compliance, purchase order, logistics, …) for various Medical Affairs activities (Educational events, advisory boards, studies, …)
• Assist the team in monitoring the budget, and the smooth execution of projects
• Support the team in the organization of internal or external events (team meetings and trainings, symposiums, webinar, …)
• Support the internal communication within the team, and onboarding process of new comers
Who are you?
• 5 years experience in an international company as Assistant in legal department or purchasing department,
• used to manage documents workflows, contracts and purchasing administrative processes.
• excellent oral and written communication in English and used to communicate in English on a regular basis internally and externally (Phone, Emails,…)
• Team spirit and collaborative work among peers and excellent sense of customer service
• Cross functional work ability with other department (medical affairs, marketing, legal, finance, purchasing,…) and ability to support customers and healthcare professionals requests.
• Discretion and sense of confidentiality, good sense of adaptation, great organizational, ability to prioritize, rigor, methodical approach.
• Process & solution oriented,
• Ideally good knowledge of bioMérieux, tools, organization and processes (SAP)
