Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager in Training at Lovisa Pty Ltd in Edison, NJ. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supervisory tasks, communication with team members and customers, training, and ensuring excellent customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
• Supervisory Skills: Candidate should possess leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are required.
• Training & Development: Experience in training programs and employee development is necessary.
• Customer Service: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service is essential.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
