The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations within the Escrow Analysis and Special Loans departments. This includes internal staff as well as a critical vendor responsible for producing customer statements. The candidate will perform a variety of tasks and assist the department in maintaining compliance with investor/insurer guidelines, as well as federal and state regulations. The candidate will also be expected to frequently interact, brainstorm and problem-solve with other members of management.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Manage daily operations to ensure operational objectives are met
• Resolve escalated loans and other operational issues
• Monitor employee productivity, quality and service level metrics and provide coaching as needed
• Mentor employees to improve soft skills and guide career development
• Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure the department is resolving all regulatory issues timely
• Assist with writing, implementing and monitoring internal policies and procedures
• Manage the relationship with our print vendor to ensure accurate and timely mailing of customer statements
• Research and identify ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
This position is on-site at our corporate campus in north Oklahoma City, therefore, you must to reside in this area/neighboring states in order to be considered for this opening.
Position Requirements
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ management experience, OR in lieu of a degree, commensurate work history of 5-7 years of experience in an operational, financial services, mortgage servicing or corporate environment will be considered. Work history must include demonstrated success managing/leading a team, to include performance, productivity, engagement and a process improvement background.
