Assistant General Counsel Litigation, Labor, and Employment
Overview: Reporting to the Senior Vice President and General Counsel (“SVP and GC”), the Senior Counsel, (“SC”) will serve as the primary litigation and labor and employment attorney for Victra. The SC will drive excellence and best legal practices for labor and employment and litigation related matters in order to support Victra’s objective of being a best-in-class organization. The SC will have the support of one legal professional.

Experience: 5+ plus years of legal experience practicing employment law, gained ideally in both a law firm and an in-house corporate growth-oriented environment.
Location: Raleigh, NC in the corporate headquarters. For the right candidate, a remote working environment will be considered.
Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
