Growing Houston area multifamily developer in Texas and other US regions.
Role Description:-
• This is a full-time on-site Registered Architect
• Must be experienced in multifamily, small retail, commercial, residential, mixed-use and tenant improvement projects with a minimum of 10-15+ years professional design studio, design-build/developer-build experience.
• The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing a department of 2-3 draftspersons and designer. Must be registered in Texas, residing in the Houston region, NCARB certified preferred but not necessary and have a comprehensive understanding of ICC and IBC code compliance, life safety, ADA and fire codes.
Qualifications:-
• Proficient in architectural design software and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. Must be registered in Texas
• Experience in commercial and residential projects
• Strong leadership skills and attention to detail
• Experienced with projects ranging from $3M to $500M ideally
