Job Summary:
The Apprentice Operator Passive Level 1 p osition will provide 24/7 operational support to the government using Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) to provide geolocation, reports, and database results. Be able to use various tools and databases to include monitor data flow architecture and identify and communication any problems and /or discrepancies; provide technical and operational guidance to customers. Additionally, provide graphic presentations that contribute to the Division’s Weekly Activity Report and brief as required.
Duties And Responsibilities
• Perform 24/7 operations in support of mission sets
• Utilize TTPs to provide geolocation reports
• Conduct presentations to customers
• Directly interface with customer
• Work in groups or independently with minimal or no supervision
• Will be required to work odd shifts, weekends, and/or extended hours
Qualifications
• TS/SCI with FS Polygraph (CI Poly is acceptable but must be able to pass Full Scope Polygraph)
• Perform 24/7/365 operations to include Shift Work if required.
• Experience conducting Radio Frequency collection and/or Direction-Finding Operations
• Minimum of two year’s applicable operational experience within the last five years
• Successful completion of Passive Geolocation Course
• Candidate must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, both verbally and in writing.
• Candidate must possess strong leadership skills.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance.
Preferred Skills And Education
• Certification in geolocation techniques via customer training programs
• Successful completion of NCS Cryptologic Skills course or military equivalent courses
• Prior military or government experience
