Responsibilities of this AP Specialist job in Escondido include:
• Manage and process all invoices using Sage 100 software.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor files and payment records.
• Analyze and reconcile accounts payable ledgers.
• Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the procurement and project management teams to manage costs and budgets.
Minimum Requirements:
• Proven experience as an AP Specialist, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Sage 100 software is mandatory.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
