Our marketing communications, market research and brand teams drive travelers’ familiarity and engagement with the United brand. Key Responsibilities:
As a Gamification Specialist, you will play a crucial support role in the implementation of high-profile gamification initiatives and innovative lifecycle promotions and offers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting field of gamified marketing while contributing to the growth and success of the company.
• Assist in the development and execution of gamification strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and implement gamified marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Support the creation of compelling content and assets for gamified promotions across various channels, including social media, email, and website.
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in gamification, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Assist in the management of promotional offers and incentives throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication to customers.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and coordinating logistics for events or activations.

Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1-2+ years of experience in marketing
• Strong interest in gamification and its applications in marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation.
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
• Familiarity with one or more reporting tools – Spotfire/ Tableau
• Visualization tools – Tableau/ Spotfire
