Analyst, Managed Account Trading
The Managed Account Trading job is accountable for the day-to-day operations of the organization’s managed accounts products. This job is critical in developing and maintaining the operational infrastructure (portfolio management and trading systems) necessary to support the rapid growth and scalability of investment products. These responsibilities include: ensuring the execution, allocation and settlement of all client trades as well as initiating and leading various continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Responsible for the day-to-day trading and operations (the trading life cycle tasks from order generation through settlement) and IMG managed account products.
• Tracks execution quality of all ETF shares traded to determine economic value of trading.
• Monitors and remediates daily exceptions and issues to ensure all service level agreements are met.
• Develops and maintains processes and reporting to monitor for potential risk or items for attention.
• Works in partnership with the managed account product teams and then the investment management group to implement strategic initiatives and new product offerings.
• Collaborates with internal and external business partners to develop, implement, and improve efficient and effective processes that support mass customization and efficient scaling of the businesses and enhance the customer satisfaction of our products.
Educational Requirements
• University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
• SQL language and ETL processes (data extraction, transformation, and loading) Preferred
• SharePoint online and Power BI for visualizing data Preferred
• Various accounting and/or trading systems Preferred
• Accounting and/or reconciliation background Preferred

Base Pay Range: $60,800/yr. – $86,000/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
