Adobe is looking for an Alpha & Beta Program Manager to help us validate the customer experience during the software development lifecycle for Adobe’s Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate possesses a strong program management background and has experience leading multiple large, highly technical customer-facing projects. They succeed in an enterprise cloud environment and are not hindered by ambiguity or balancing priorities and multiple projects. This means you are not only developing and driving high-level critical initiatives, but you will also dig in alongside your teammates and bring the project across the finish line.
As a Program Manager, you will build and drive alpha and beta programs end-to-end. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with peers to define the alpha/beta strategy and plan; recruiting and maintaining an engaged pool of alpha/beta participants; working with Engineering, Product Management, and Engineering Program Management to build and deliver regular customer testing assignments and knock down hurdles customers may run into; and identify, raise, and ensure significant problems in the program are addressed. You will identify and assess metrics to measure success and will relentlessly advocate for the user to ensure the product meets the release criteria. You should have experience working in a product development environment, strong organizational skills, attention to detail (like an accountant!), excellent customer interpersonal skills, and a knack for automating processes to support scaling.
Responsibilities:
• Be the customers’ advocate while working with product partners at multiple levels across the product development organization.
• Continually identify ways to innovate, scale, and improve the program and associated processes/toolsets.
• Willing to address issues with a diverse, cross-functional, geo-distributed team to deliver the best result for the customer.
• Coordinate product alpha/beta test programs by:
• Recruiting enterprise-level alpha/beta testers.
• Coordinating and moderate weekly customer calls.
• Drafting collateral and drive program communication.
• Maintain a collaborative relationship with our customers, partners, and merchants.
• Represent the customer viewpoint and get the right result.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience in program, project, or product management.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
Preferred Qualifications
• Unparalleled attention to detail and proven track record to drive multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical partners and leaders across multiple business units.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive decisions.
• Previous experience working on confidential high-tech programs and/or products.
• Experience in a software development environment.
• History of collaboration and interest in rolling up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
• Experience with customer insight platforms (Alida/VisionCritical).
• Easily able to grasp new technology/additional technical skills is a bonus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $102,900 — $190,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
