Job Description

As an AI Developer specializing in Microsoft Copilot chatbot development, you will be at the forefront of creating innovative AI solutions that enhance user experiences. You will leverage your expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and software development to build, maintain, and optimize chatbot systems that are intelligent, efficient, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain advanced chatbot solutions using Microsoft Copilot and other AI technologies.
• Design and implement conversation flows that provide a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align chatbot interactions with business objectives and user needs.
• Utilize modern web technologies and frameworks to create performant, reliable, and scalable user interfaces.
• Integrate chatbots with CRM systems, databases, and enterprise tools to enhance functionality.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning algorithms, and chatbot development practices.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• Proven experience in AI and chatbot development, particularly with Microsoft Copilot.
• Strong coding skills in languages such as Python, Node.js, or similar.
• Experience with natural language processing and machine learning algorithms.
• Ability to solve complex coding problems and proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift).
