Work at Providence because I believe in the mission and values. The know me, care for me, ease my way is something that is near and dear to my heart. I’ve chose Providence for the last 11 years because it’s helped me grow in my career. I started out as a caregiver, moved up to supervisor, and I’m now a manager of a department. It has given me resources that I need to even excel. I’ve had the support of wonderful core leaders and managers. I also know the environment here at Providence is exactly what I would want for myself, my family, my children. It’s a big deal to know you can go somewhere and you can feel cared for. The culture is very welcoming. The staff are very knowledgeable, and if they don’t know, they’ll find someone for you to get that answer. Providence is a huge part of my life, and I absolutely am proud to work here.

Description
Provides direct quality care for cardiac patients in outpatient & inpatient settings. Provides care according to the individualized needs of the patient using the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. May require the RN to be responsible for the assessment, treatment and care of patients including adult and geriatric populations. RN must be competent to analyze patient data with an understanding of the cognitive, physical, emotional/psychosocial, spiritual, and chronological maturation process. Accepts professional development as an integral part of nursing practice. Coordinates patient care activities with other members of the health care team in a collegial relationship.

Required Qualifications:
• Associate’s Degree – Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• Nursing experience in cardiology or ICU.
Preferred Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree – Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
