Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Walnut, California. This role primarily revolves around assisting the Sales Director in handling administrative duties such as processing orders, checking inventory status, and handling special projects. Responsibilities
• Assist the Sales Director in processing customer orders efficiently
• Generate sales confirmations as needed
• Respond promptly to emails from dealers
• Regularly check and maintain inventory status
• Handle incoming calls professionally and courteously
• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to perform various tasks
• Schedule appointments as required
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain customer service standards
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls as necessary
• Work on special projects as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent customer service skills and experience in handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Able to manage data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for email correspondence and appointment scheduling.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a structured work environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or certifications in related fields are advantageous.
