In this role, you will be analyzing client receivables and working in progress profiles, working closely with Attorneys, reaching out to Client contacts to ensure timely payments, and providing analysis and action plans regarding payment trends.
Job Details:
• Focus on reducing AR write-offs
• Meet regularly with leaders to discuss at risk accounts
• Work with credit team to ensure clients are vetted for financial risk
• Assist in forecasting and achieving monthly revenue goals
• Build effective working relationships with other team members
• Identify industry trends
• Deliver a high level of service to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling collections in law firm and/or B2B setting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience working with Thompson Reuters 3E is a plus
