Join our client’s dynamic team and contribute to maintaining and improving their financial processes.Key Responsibilities:• Perform extensive data entry, including reconciling checks and matching invoice line items.• Calculate fees accurately and contact suppliers for check backup and issue resolution.• Apply payments to supplier invoices and generate detailed supplier invoices.• Utilize MS Excel to create reports detailing supplier payments for cash applications.• Establish and maintain relationships with key supplier personnel.• Contact suppliers to seek payment of past due invoices and maintain receivables within 60 days past due.• Reconcile supplier receivables, including justifying payment variances.• Communicate with company personnel regarding supplier contracts, payments, and other issues.• Research unapplied cash in supplier accounts and manage all accounts receivable transactions.• Complete special projects as assigned and maintain supplier files and correspondence.Skills and Competencies:• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly.• Supplier Service: Manage challenging vendor situations, respond to needs promptly, and solicit feedback to improve service.• Interpersonal Skills: Focus on conflict resolution.• Oral Communication: Communicate clearly and persuasively, listen actively, and respond well to questions.• Written Communication: Produce clear and informative written content, edit work for accuracy, and present numerical data effectively.Required Qualifications:• Alpha/numeric data entry score of over 6,000 kph• Above-average proficiency in MS ExcelPay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hourSearch managed by: Jessica ContrinoBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
