LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client’s team in Streetsboro, OH. The ideal candidate will be experience in both accounts payable and accounts receivable. A Bachelor’s degree and experience with SAP is preferred but not required. This is a direct hire opportunity and will sit onsite in their Streetsboro, location.
Key Responsibilities
• Enter, code and process payment for vendor invoices
• Handle intercompany transactions
• Assist with month end accruals
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Record and reconcile incoming payments, including checks, wire transfers, and credit card transactions.
• Release credit holds once payment has been received
• Maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing inquiries, providing billing information, and assisting with payment-related concerns.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of accounts payable experience
• At least 1 year of accounts receivable experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• SAP software experience preferred
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Our client is offering medical, dental and vision insurance as well as 401K plan and match.
Pay Details: $54,000.00 to $63,000.00 per year
