Own the process to resolution and communication where required.• Manage the shared AP Email inbox for timely invoice intake and inquiries and vendor account reconciliations and resolution.• Run and review the open Pending Approval Reports and Aging Reports from ERP, taking appropriate action to resolve open items and issues.• Participate in the preparation and process of weekly ACH and Wire disbursements• Ensure data integrity within vendor master and ERP reporting• Work cross-functionally participating in ERP projects and enhancements.• Help identify, drive, and participate in implementing process improvements while documenting new and existing processes• Assists AP Manager in various projects and assignments as required to support strategic and cross functional projectsWe’re excited if you have• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of procure-to-pay/accounts payable experience in a similar role, will consider level of experience in lieu of degree• Knowledge of P2P functions, general accounting practices, and SOX requirements• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, Word,) required• Experience with financial system integration projects• Proactive critical thinker with the ability to manage multiple tasks, competing demands and execute effective decision making• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy• Results oriented: the ideal candidate is results-driven and must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the company and externally, coupled with a client-service attitude• Aspire to deliver an exceptional customer experience and process excellence• A focus on innovation and continuous improvement• Excellent interpersonal skills, an inquisitive mind, and the ability to work effectively with multiple, cross-functional stakeholders• Excellent communications skills: written, verbal, and presentation• High level of self-motivation team player professional demeanor, and a positive attitude#LI-FA1BenefitsRoku is committed to offering a diverse range of benefits as part of our compensation package to support our employees and their families.
