Responsibilities
• Accurately process customer credit applications
• Maintain precise records of customer credit
• Handle invoice processing after they have been coded and approved
• Assist in potential upgrades to the ERP system in the future
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Ensure checks are run in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist with coding invoices in the future
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth operations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall team success
• Assist in training new team members when necessary
