This contract to hire position will put the Customer Service Representative in a role with a wide array of duties that are customer focused. From receiving and entering orders, to tracking the shipping process, to monitoring inventory, to building a relationship with clients in an effort to increase satisfaction. Responsibilities:
• Obtain and direct written purchase orders via email, web portal, or over the phone
• Resolve order discrepancies through communication with internal departments
• Monitoring inventory and providing updates
• Provide information on product availability as well as pricing
• Relationship building with clients
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a call center environment is required
• Past experience in a manufacturing setting required
• Advanced knowledge with the Microsoft Office Products
Skills:
• Strong interpersonal skills in a call center environment
• A consistent level of professionalism at all times
• Problem solving skills
Experience:
• Two years of experience required

Compensation:
• $21.00 to $23.00 an hour
Work Hours:
• Full Time 40 Hours per week
• 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
