Compensation
• Base Pay: $50,000 – $60,000
• Plus Commission
• Car Allowance
• Company Card
• First-year earnings range: $70,000 – $90,000
• Year two and beyond: $100,000+
Essential Job Function
Summary of Responsibilities: In this pivotal role, you’ll drive new business development and foster long-term relationships with manufacturing clients, directly influencing the company’s growth and your career trajectory.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
• Initiates contact with manufacturing customers to generate referrals or leads for new business opportunities.
• Develops and implements new market strategies.
• Identifies and develops long-term customer relationships.
Sales Strategies And Execution
• Leads negotiations and manages complex decision-making processes.
• Develops and delivers presentations that communicate the company’s value.
Collaboration & Teamwork
• Works with the operations team on weekly sales plans.
• Shares leads and customer knowledge with the sales team.
Follow-Up & Support
• Ensures service issues are identified, understood, and solved.
• Provides accurate forecasts through reporting to management with the use of Salesforce.com.
• Maintains strong knowledge of manufacturing quality and inspection business.

Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business
• 3 Years territory sales experience preferred in a service or manufacturing market
• Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of SalesForce.com software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Available to work assigned hours based on business need
• Proven sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Additional Requirements
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to travel to customer facility on short notice
• Travel Required
