Advancing People are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a well respected Insurance company in Bedford. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience. In return you will be offered a competitive salary and commission structure.
The Role
• Setting up handling terms for claims
• Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
• Customise insurance programs to suit individual clients
• Market insurance products to potential customers
• Provide excellent customer service and address client enquiries and concerns
• Process policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions
The Person
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record in insurance sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyse clients’ needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions
• Proficient in sales administration processes and systems
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients
Working within the office Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm this role will be paying a basic salary of £28,000 – £30,000 plus bonus.
